All sales are final.

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped. Each item is carefully inspected and packaged before leaving our studio to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

We take great care in describing and photographing every piece as accurately as possible. Please review all product details, photos, and descriptions before purchasing.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to find a fair resolution.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Once a package is marked as shipped and in transit, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim where possible.
